Bandol Mourvedre - Cinsault Rosé Blend

Good, not great.

After 2 years of storage, I’m trying this again on a gorgeous 65-degree Sunday. Still tasty, but more raisin on the nose and the acidity is definitely fading. Smooth and mellow at this point, but might be nearing the end of its drinking window.

Peach and melon, but super savory, great body and lift.

Another day, another rosé

Ripe peach and strawberry, garrigue and minerality. A bit less alcohol showing than other recent vintages 😍👌

Needs to settle down. Herbal, orange zest, pomegranate, hot finish.

Neat color almost orangish pink. Nice and dry.

My secret favorite bandol

Tasting my summer rosé case. Good buy! Complex and herbal with a smooth oily Bandol texture. Will save a few bottles for aging.
