The Lynch-Bages Blanc de Lynch-Bages sees the least oak, the most steel and the least maturation for a more elegant and fruit forward expression dominated by the Sauvignon Blanc and Muscadelle ad this was the most aromatic of the group. I actually prefer this wine with more air on day when opened at 5 years of age or less.
