Deep #ruby red color, medium #viscosity, nose #screaming #spices (black pepper) and concentrated prunes, darks fruits, sharpness in between. Palate is powerful, rich, #silky textures balanced with soft #tannins. Full bodied, darks perfectly ripe fruits (blackberry, prunes...), medium #acidity. Can sleep for few more years but great today. #Emergence is very structured wine. Translucide a l'œil mais bouche très concentrée et épicée (Cayenne, petit piment rouge), cerise rouge acide et canneberge. Acidité moyenne.
Nez de rhubarbe intense, très mure.
Larmes épaisses — a year ago
Saline, salt, ginger, honey. fresh nose. Bouche mousse still pretty firm, slightly letting the wine submerging with aromas similar to the nose, showing few more years to rest. Medium bodied. Bon — a year ago
Very well made for 2013. Bone dry, saline, unripe redcurrant and red cherry, great acidity. Medium to light bodied.
Oysters, fish and seafood marvel — a year ago
Off dry style. Deep pomegranate color, fizz steadily fast (medium speed), medium concentration of bubbles, medium viscosity (for sparkling wine).
Nose ripe of pommegranate, dark berries (cherries). In the palae mousse in pretty integrated to the wine (narrow cork similar to a min 3 years old disgorgement). Tannins matching intensity of berries aromas. Great acidity. Medium-bodied (+). Pas mal for juicy red meat, semi-soft cheese like zimbro. — 9 months ago
Deep gold color with delicate bubbles visually. Fresh Nose, gingerbread, slightly maderized. Bone dry palate, still pretty lively, great acidity finished with ROH, though the mousse is integrated into the wine. Aromas similar Tobias with bouillon cube flavor. Medium bodied.
