Gorgeous color. Delicate taste. I wish I were as graceful as this wine.

2013 Whispering Angel Rosé. Pale salmon color. Light berries in the nose. Flavors of red berries, a little citrus. Long finish.

Disappointing in spite of all the hype. Flavors are very light and even though the alcohol is only stated as 13.5%, it comes across as a bit warm due to lack of intensity. Finish is short and made slightly attractive by noticeable spritz, but this will soon fade leading to less interest.

Light bright pink. Aromas of fresh red fruit, orange zest and pungent flowers, along with a hint of white pepper. Dry and focused on the palate, offering refreshingly bitter blood orange and red currant flavors that unfold slowly on the back half. Closes taut and dry, showing good focus and red-berry-tinged persistence. (Josh Raynolds, Vinous, June 2017)
