2014 Blanc. Exotic passion fruit, gooseberry and melon leads into weighty, waxy mouthfeel with allspice.

Excellent body. Drinks well alone and even better with light food.

Delightful entry level Rhone white. Dry, but not mouth puckeringly so. Hints of pear and underripe stone fruit.

Bright acid, crisp texture and finish that doesn't quit. And this from a CDR Blanc that is half Viognier!

Lots of fruit, with little vanilla and spice. The banana notes in it, however, could be a sign of stressed yeast during the ferment. Maybe that was intentional.
