My tasting notes begin with "Now we're talkin!", if that tells you anything. Butter cream brioche, baked pear, frangipan, popcorn oil, mini marshmallow, cheese rind, notes of white flowers. Tart citrus and crab apple on palate, good weight and breadth, yeasty doughy character

Fun! Nice crisp apple fruit, med + acid, beautiful butterscotch notes and a long lingering finish
