A delicious right bank find. 100 percent organic/biodynamic blending 60 percent merlot, 30%bouchet ??, 3 % Cabernet, 7 % Prayssac. Excellent pairing with rack of Lamb

I wouldn't mind aging a few bottles of this. There's lots of fruit but in balance with the savory aspects.

Cherries, dark chocolate, pepper. Very nice

Red and black cherry, blackberry, plum, cassis, with dusty, cinnamon, chocolate powder, licorice, med plus tannin, med plus acidity, slightly savory note with thyme, tarragon. Need time to age but has good bone to it.

Bright red fruit, cherry and a hint of earth with what I call simple tannins. Medium bodied.

Great food wine. Classic bordeaux.

Brief chewy tannins. Opened up quickly. Easy and light, very young. Drank beautifully, wildflowers and dense ripe cold fruits.
