Bold jammy nose. Moderate tannins that stretch out into the finish. A little oak, mild spice, rich stewed dark red berries on the palate. — 3 years ago
Toast, salt, a little spice and vanilla. — 4 years ago
When well-chilled, notes are of peach with a slightly smoky oak finish. As it warms, more tropical fruit appears, a little pineapple comes in and the peach morphs into more of a mango vibe. Probably much better paired with something grilled. — 4 years ago
Odyssey blend. Dark end of a pale gold hue with nice depth of colour in the glass. Notes of ripe pear and maybe a hint of peach or even a more citrus-y tropical fruit in the mix. Maybe a hint of green herbs there as well. Wine is sweet with a very smooth mouthfeel, a little acidity to keep things interesting. Tastes like it smells. All in all, a very tasty glass. — 3 years ago
Lovely pale golden hue, looks almost cloudy (but might just be the light in the restaurant). Smells much sweeter than it is, notes of nectarine and peach, almost like an ice wine... Notes of lychee and rosewater in the body, good acid, some saltiness midway through. — 3 years ago
Will be better in a few years. Nice notes of black currant and cherry on the nose. Quite fruity and oaky with a nice finish, but oddly bland midway through. — 4 years ago
Raspberry, blackberry, plum on the nose. Punchy tannins, molasses and cardamom, vanilla, maybe a little tobacco. Hearty, drunk alongside a bison and chanterelles dish and played well with the earthy game notes. — 3 years ago
Oaky finish, spice and vanilla on the tail end of sip. Oaky nose, with some tropical fruit hints. — 3 years ago
Deep vibrant ruby colour, very lively. Lots of ripe strawberry on the nose with a hint of earthiness. Moderately bold with oaky tannins. A little sweet with a touch of heat on the finish. Lingers on the palate. — 4 years ago

Light garnet, plummy undercurrent with raspberry and hints of strawberry, mild tannins in the backs of the cheeks. Very smooth with light, nuanced red fruit flavours and a somewhat briny or clay-ey finish. — 3 years ago
