Sep 5th, 2021Delicious! Tastes more like a light, semi-funky, semi-dry cider fan a chardonnay.

Mar 3rd, 2022Color: A clear yellow that's slightly light in color.
Aroma: A slightly sweet with a hint if creamy. It may be a floral vanilla scent with summer fruit smell. It's a faint summer fruit smell like peach and apricot. There's an even slighter tart citrus scent.
Taste: You are hint with that creamy, vanilla like malolactic acid it says on the bottle when you swirl the wine in your mouth. It's a medium light body wine with some fruity tartness. When chewing the wine lovely summer fruit notes appear like peach. After swallowing, the vanilla like flavors of the wine slightly lingers.
At first I was like I don't like this malolactic acid. But, as you pass through that and your tongue adjusts there are lovely summer fruit flavors. However, this wine taste better with food! Something spicy and flavorful. It complements big yet light body flavors really well. I think having this with curry, pad Thai, pasta, or a garlicky fish make the wine taste better.
I would definitely buy again. Its a nice packed Chardonnay that goes well with food and really reasonable.
