Tight, almost imperceptible mousse until this hits the tongue and the bubbles fill your mouth. Really long acids, though the fruit feels a bit primary at this point. With more time will probably be drinking really nicely. Very vinous.

#vintagechampagne - the hype on 2012 Champagne is totally justified. Beautiful rosé sparkly here from Veuve: strawberry, rose hips, red apple on the nose, luscious fruit in the mouth with neat tension. What an experience!
