Vintage 2020 | very pure, nice sb smell | paired with aspargus and ham

Salinity, oyster shell, orange essence, lemon verging on drawn butter, beeswax, white roses and hydrangea. Near creamy finish, but pith-large and drying grapefruit reel any inkling in.

Baby

Beautiful pale gold with a lovely Sauvignon aroma of gooseberry, apple, lemon, wet stone and fresh cut grass. 25% semillon in the blend gives the wines a lovely roundness and there is very restrained oak. Crisp, a bit saline on the finish. Very appealing.

Full of petrol, lime zest, lanolin and sage. Wet slate finish. Lovely.

Meh. Decent with crab cakes.

Almost transparent. A refreshing nose of lime, rock, steel. Lovely and light and structured on the palate. Young but fresh

Lemon pith with a smoky funk, definitely has a off dry appeal to it.

Disjointed., did not care for it at all. Gave it some time in the glass but after 2 hours still didn’t come together, green grass, lemon,. Not at all what I would have expected from this producer. Off vintage l?? My 1st time trying this one. We’ll have to try another vintage to compare! No rest for the weary! 🤣

Absolute bonkers delicious! Persimmons, mild nuttiness, and lingering acids.
