What a terrific Second! Will be hard to keep one’s hands off the other five in the cellar. But try I will. A tad more patience will easily reward with a 9+.

Nice balanced second wine of Cantemerle. Floral nose with violets also blackcurrant, cassis, plum and dark cherry. Some oak/cedar and minerality. Fresh medium bodied ending with dry and crispy acidity.

Richer and creamier than normal, but not overripe and over-oaked. An excellent Bordeaux for 20 dollars.
