Birthyear CdP. Celebrating 30 in style and with a wine that is peaking out. The tannin is nearly resolved and the acid is still refreshing. The fruit will be the first thing to fade in this vintage. Lots of cherry and earth. Almost a candied, Halls cough drop sort of vibe. Amazing texture and very easy to drink. Fair amount of sediment in the bottle. Glad we got to this in time.

1985 is live, and fresh! Deep red fruits with a little cherry, smokiness, red pepper, and Christmas spices! Fantastic!

Cloudy, raspberry with orange tinge color. Aromas of underripe raspberry, plum, forest floor and mushroom. Bright red fruit, holy smokes! Still holding up strong!
