On the palate flavors of crisp apple, peach, lemon citrus and honeysuckle with biscuit toast and nutty notes. Long finish, full-body ending with biscuit, mineral and floral spice citrus character. Nice!

Toasty brioche, lemon and subtle pear. Opened more with air. Creamy mouthfeel. OK value for champagne but think you can find cava in the $25-$30 range that beats this. Raventos i blanc comes to mind.
