Top Notes For
Sipping Fine Wine

Blend of Chardonnay 37%, Pinot Meunier 30% & Pinot Noir 33% (70% Reserve wine), Dosage 9g/l, pale lemon with fine creamy mousse and tiny rapid bubble flow, aromas stone fruits and blossom, bread dough and citrus. On the palate flavors of crisp apple, peach, lemon citrus and honeysuckle with biscuit toast and nutty notes. Long finish, full-body ending with biscuit, mineral and floral spice citrus character. Nice!

aromas of brioche, almonds, and pears. champagne house Billecart-Salmon in Mareuil-Sur-Aÿ handles the vinification of this champagne. Palate: A beautiful stroke, mineral, very good balance between acidity and roundness, citrus fruits, and long finish

Toasty brioche, lemon and subtle pear. Opened more with air. Creamy mouthfeel. OK value for champagne but think you can find cava in the $25-$30 range that beats this. Raventos i blanc comes to mind.

NV. This is the second label of Billecart-Salmon Brut Reserve non-vintage. Big, aggressive mouthfeel with a medium-dry brut finish. Pretty solid for the $.
