Tasted in class last night, blocked malo and no oak, juicy pear and granny Smith apples, easy to please with a good zing of acidity. A nice example of good winemaking from LI.

Crisp and dry with notes of green apple, Asian pear, white grapefruit and lemongrass with a long, salty mineral finish.
