Bay leaf, apple skin, cinnamon stick, apricot, bitter orange peel, roasted nuts, Bosc pear, with remarkable freshness and clean finish. Impressive; very much would hold its own against the best of Friuli.

Batshit crazy. Orange zest, spiced cider, cinnamon stick on the nose, but then a clean, almost slatey finish with fantastic acid and tannins making a telephone call from another area code.
