Wears it natural and oxidative style well, nothing too offensive or out of whack. Supple, creamy texture with lovely lees character, some baked and sliced apple/pear notes, a touch of salt, persevered lemon, honey, nuts, dried herbs, iodine. Curious on SO2 regime. R16, 9/2018 disgorgement

Tasty and a nice balance for a brute Nature.

Disgorged 9/17, ‘15 base. Pears, apples and some toast on the nose. In the mouth a touch oxidized with apricot, honey and faint hints of lemon.

Nice and yeasty with pear and a tartness reminiscent of green apple.

All pleasure from start to finish! Round and fleshy mouthfeel, fruit forward on the palate with some red and stone fruit notes. Long finish. Thank you @Kohei Takagawa for the intro!

2018 Deg 10/20 oxy style good austral

Bad and flawed bottle or a waste of money, not exactly sure. Big bubbly attack, large and wide, then drops totally dead. Hard to give a score.

Une bouteille défectueuse ou une perte d’argent? Attaque avec des bulles énormes, puis ça tombe à plat complètement, plus rien.

Rhubarb and lemon on the nose. Just enough oak use to give it a little oxygen exchange. Wonderful acidity, some autolyse. Like it more now than last time, has some good development, slightly softened corners.

PN från kalkrik mark, odlad och framställd utan tillsatser. Stora gamla fat som ställs ut utomhus under vintern för att behandla mot vinsten i flaskorna. Betalar mkt mer för druvorna än vad t ex Krug gör. Skörd 2015.
