Sipping Fine Wine

A Carinena and Garnacha blend, aged 12-14 months in French oak barriques. Deep Ruby color with aromas of fruit, earthy spiced and woodsy notes. On the palate flavors of blackberry and plum with cedar, tobacco, leather and spicy notes. Firm chewy tannins, medium+ finish ending with fruit, tobacco, cedar and earthy mineral character.

Definitely a big red with structure and distinctive ripe red and black fruit on the nose and palate. Irony and mineral with some herbal notes and spices. Med plus acidity with med plus to full body and tannin. Goes with bold flavor of food such as steak, BBQ, and pulled pork.

More earth than primary fruit in the nose, and the wine is not shy on fruit. Dry farmed intensity with dusty pedigree. Seamless and sexy, plush, dusty and structured simultaneously. I would like to put this bottle in s time machine for 7 years, although the baby fat is truly charming right now.

Layered, plum, black cherries, raisins and a chalky finish. Not a bad Spanish wine. Good QPR
