On the palate flavors of blackberry and plum with cedar, tobacco, leather and spicy notes. Firm chewy tannins, medium+ finish ending with fruit, tobacco, cedar and earthy mineral character.

Definitely a big red with structure and distinctive ripe red and black fruit on the nose and palate. Irony and mineral with some herbal notes and spices. Med plus acidity with med plus to full body and tannin. Goes with bold flavor of food such as steak, BBQ, and pulled pork.

I would like to put this bottle in s time machine for 7 years, although the baby fat is truly charming right now.
