Herbaceous, bright, and cherry scented Grenache. Pretty good and atypical of Montsant for me.

Pale red color. Aromas of violets, potpurri, raspberries. On the palate the wine is dry, medium(-) body, with medium(+) slightly chewy tannins, a fluid, liquid texture of tart strawberries and hints of ground pepper. Very easy drinking, too easy. Very good. #garnacha #spain #winesofspain #winesfromspain

Garnacha showing bright and juicy. Carignan qualities. Blood and iron on top of the cherry, cranberry notes with food friendly freshness and acidity.

Reminds of Juan Gil- Powerful but balanced (14.5% alc), not a fruit bomb, some dark eucalyptus and leaf notes. Ripe Importer

High-toned, lifted aromatics of red cherries and cranberries with noticeable, but pleasant grape tannins. This Demeter certified wine is no longer hiding in the shadow of Priorat!

Surprisingly pale color for a Montsant. That being said it has mature poly phenols and fruit.

They went 100% whole cluster for the 2014 a la Rayas and shit. The wine is great. Pretty high toned but juicy cherry fruit, violets, herbs, but what kept my honker in the glass were these blood and potter's clay aromas. Sanguine on the palate, too. Really cool wine for very little money.
