The acidity on this absolutely rips—was not expecting that. Saline, citrus, olive brine, yellow stone fruit, stony, much more linear and taut than I was expecting from a Malvasia

Malvasia grape. Very interesting white. Fresh and fruity. Some elements of salt.

Explosive! If you’re lame you’re gonna write this off as sauv blanc and I’ll be laying in wait to buy all the cases of this electric mineral bomb. Very unique. So much going on it’s a little early to say what is going to happen with this wine

Full and snappy. Tangy, ripe citrus. Muscular texture. Reminds me of bone dry Riesling. 100% Malvasia de Sitges.

100% Malvasia de Sitges from 20-25 years old vines. Fermented in stainless steel and aged for 8 months on its lees. Very aromatic, floral. Quite dry on the palate

Minerally, ripe citrus, saline, beach vibes, high acidity. There's a cheese rind and green-ness to this wine that kind of reminds me of a Sancerre. Delicious with anything!!

We both felt it has a kind of chemical taste though not necessarily in a bad way?
Strong bitter flavor in the front, tingly acidic? I don't know maybe my cheese is too strong for this wine

Just what I had thought this would evolve into; a textural beauty, unique and integrated kaleidoscope of flavors starting to merge the squeaky plastic textures with the mineral and ethereal qualities of 1er Cru Chardonnay. Again very thankful to be passing thru a case of this.
