Nice light fresh taste

Biodynamic. Slightly spritz-y. Fresh orchard fruit. Apple. Pear. Peach. Very floral. Stone. Medium acidity. Light bodied. Good QPR.

Nice one. It was sold to me as “dry and minerally” but it’s not that. On the dry side but not minerally. It’s a bit floral on the nose, honey, soft, (everyone says apple and yes it’s there). Certainly more complex than I expected and about to pair really well with the pollock I’m cooking up! If I remember correctly a very good value.

Apelsinigt bitter och samtligt saftigt lättslunket. Lite trä/vanilj.

Light, crisp and refreshing. Plenty of acidity but could use some more body and fruit to balance the wine. Fairly quaffable.
