Had it December 2008. This label is called Riserva Storica.
Feral, irony, meaty, chinotto, cola, liquorice, tar, tobacco , cigars box, humus, nutmeg, star anise . A bit of volatile, but still very long. After 2 hours a little more tamed and enjoyable, hints of mint and rosemary . Still holding perfectly.

The color was still quite full with some orange on the rim. The palate was tired. The fruit was red, black and mature. The tannins were gritty and the alcohol stood out.
