Give it air. Light red blend which probably could have used a decant. Cranberries & wild blueberries.

Plum, cassis, blackberry compote, leather, iron, cacao, vanilla bean, violets, pencil shavings, black peppercorns. Rounded acid/smooth velvet tannin balance, medium-full body, silky texture, long smoky-slightly peppery finish. Highly aromatic, well integrated oak, tannins felt mature like a 15-20 year old Rioja.

A traditional Portuguese (Dao) red blend made from nine different local varieties. Aromas of red and black berries, leather and earth. Red and black fruit also on the palate with additional notes of tobacco and wet gravel. Medium-plus body and finish with a hint of smoky oak. Nicely balanced. Thanks for bringing this one, Aaron B!

2014 in 2021.
Be carefull! Give it some air.
Opened it and tasted right away from the bottle. Nose remains closed even after 4 rounds of walsing. Clear, reflecting dark red color. Litteraly tasted like flat shit in the finale. This cuvee kept its pepperyness and round tanines, but remains silent and still as a corps should do according to its age. Got the impression my retailer just sold it to me right in time, and I was so stupid to wait drinking it for 2 years. Bye fruitiness. Blame on me.
