Has a salty chalky vegetal, bitter, yet yellow fruity thing going on - all over the place. But it calms down with air and food. This isn’t a sipping wine. Paired very well with fish and chips. / edit : I liked this considerably more on day two, more harmonious and complete. Pair with schwarma-spiced grilled chicken thighs and Mediterranean feeeixins. — 2 days ago
