Nov 2nd, 2017Better wine to pair with something meaty and salty. Sipping solo is a bit too dry for my tastes but with something unctuous, all the flavors start to come out.

Jan 17th, 2022Bold and smooth. Very Merlot like with notes of cocoa, black fruit, black cherry, tobacco and leather. A favourite for the night and paired perfectly with wood fire roasted ribs at Park Distillery in Banff.

Jul 27th, 2018MZ drank the 2015 vintage March 29, 2018 at Bar Liguria. Full bodied and rich flavor without being too tannic. Very drinkable with depth.

Apr 15th, 2018First wine since having #19 emergency extracted this week.
Miss that tooth immensely.
This wine is such an incredible Carmenere.
Dusted cocoa fills the nose, following into rich layers of South American terroir. Slight salinity, ripe, delicious fruit, chocolate covered wild berries. The acidity is well integrated into the cigar box.

Oh what a nice nose of roasted cacao nibs.
Fresh garden stalk, cacao, berry fruits, medium bodied with dusty tannins.
The bottle lies upon the flag of Patagonia.
