Unoaked Monterey Chardonnay

Pale lemon with aromas of tropical and citrus fruits adding some spicy earthy notes. On the palate flavors of peach, apple and lemon juice with notes of honeysuckle and some acidity zing. Medium finish ending with a citrus mineral tang. Tasting Sample.

Simple wine, easy drinker. Wouldn’t be upset to have a glass of this at dinner.

Unpacked, but creamy from the malo and cold fermentation.

Nice floral notes, light acidity, short finish, did pair well with our calamari, zucchini strips, ranch and tarter sauces

Tuesday night dinner wine; unoaked but definitely malo

Pale gold color. Floral and citrus notes. Falls flat- no real flavor just meh.

Would buy this again

Earthy, mineral and burnt peanuts nose. Hint of green herbal notes on the nose as well. Definitely a lot of peach on the front palate. Burnt, smoky flavours throughout, but the wine is unoaked.
