First time trying this. Impressive, but the Crescere crushes this.

Gorgeous SB from Lokoya being enjoyed atop of the world at their private Guest house Villa. Enjoying every second of this evening with my gorgeous wife & incredible friends Kirk and Veronica Alexander. It was enjoyed with a Salman Tartare with Melon, citrus, avocado and homemade savory granola. Every dish this evening is being prepared by Chef Tracey Shepps Cenami and served by the most gracious Carol Jackson. We are truly blessed to be atop of the world enjoying these culinary delights with our new friends!!!! Everyone needs a friend as a chef!👏👏👏👏👏👏

@Mike R brought this beauty to the heart of Eastern North Carolina and it was the perfect fit for a humid southern evening. Very bright and crisp, with a smidgen of green pippin apple. I think this is Cardinale’s maiden SB voyage and we were all smiles.

Clean and crisp, this Bordeaux blend made by Chris Carpenter is heavy on the citrus - grapefruit, lemon and lime - with a touch of creaminess from the oak and a hint of sweetness from the semillon. The flavors are layered making this very enjoyable. There’s a nice acidity to this. The flavors were suited to this being well chilled and perfect and quite refreshing on a hot day. As much as I enjoyed this now, I think In 1-2 years this will be even better (it is only a ‘17). Hope everyone is enjoying this Memorial Day weekend!
