This is such a great sparkling wine with savory notes and nice levels of acid. Consistent with prior notes.

Showing more tart and acidic than at my last encounter (18+ months ago, rated 93pts).
To my palate/nose this is still a dead ringer for a mineral driven Champagne and deserves special attention.

Really integrated, layered, and has everything you want in great Champagne without the price. The texture has weight and roundness without being too fat or clumsy. Spine of acid is zippy without too many edges. Notes of brioche, yellow apple, lemon curd, citrus, orchard blossom, sea spray, kiss of iodine, leesy notes accentuate it all. Persistent finish that evolves and lingers. Should help change your mind about domestic sparkling wine.

This is a wow wine. Not intense on the nose yet redolent and complex. In the mouth, it opens gently with biscuit notes and hints of pink grapefruit and pineapple, but explodes towards the back of the mouth in a fruit and acid festival. Elegant and concentrated, with a super finish. This is delicious, a real treat. (Can't believe Delectable doesn't know this wine.)
