Yeah I know, Pinot Grigio – but this is from a small and dedicated co-op in Alta Adige, and they know how to do it right.

Not your typical watery Pinot Grigio. Medium gold color. Aromas of green orchard fruit, jasmine and potpourri. Flavors of green apples and pears, white peach, green melon, dried herbs and lemon zest. Hint of salty minerality on the long and crisp finish. Bold texture and complexity. Light bodied and savory with crisp acidity. A bit of a “Gewurtztraminer thing” going on, which is quite interesting.

2024 vintage.
Alto Adige is Italy’s smallest wine growing area.
Manual harvest, stainless steel fermented with lees aging for 5-7 months.
Straw yellow in colour.
Lychee and fresh cut grass on the nose.
Melon, ripe grapefruit, ginger, almond, white pepper and minerals.
Super juicy and savoury finish.
This wine loves food.
