On the palate this is rather rich, with meaty, rich, velvety tannins, fresh juicy acidity and pure fruit. Black Forest fruit again, savoury roast aromas, an earthy hint, a cool, minty note.
Poised, layered, very elegant. This is delicious! And keeps evolving with time.
