Jul 9th, 2021Interesting wine. Almost drinks like a Riesling. Petroleum & lamp fuel on the nose. Funky & creamy front with a crisp, bright finish. Notes of yellow apple, apricot, lemon zest, mango, flint, & fuel.

Grapes grown on Mt Etna in volcanic soil in eastern Sicily. Two white grapes with some skin contact. Bought at Vintage - buy again!! One of the best wines I’ve had. Mike from Vintage recommended.
