It's red cherry and strawberry, licorice and roses. There's a bit of black tea and leather on the palate. Great balance and absolutely lovely.

Limited nose and attack but showed well on the finish. Fully integrated and rounded. Rustic, leathery and dry. No fireworks but a nice wine with tenderloin.

I give the wine a 9.3..... but I give myself a 5.3 because this is WAY too tannic to open before a decade of ageing. Pucker up poopy pants, because my lips are pursed.
