Superior intensity and full-bodied weight that will be more glamorous a year from now. Great acidity and always refreshing wine showing crisp apple, pear, lemon pith and smoky volcanic minerality that really settles on the tongue. Will definitely need to revisit this down the road

Initially very light, but this Soave is not boring. More serious then anticipated with fleshy pear, earthy mushroom, and minerality. This is a hillside sourced Monteforte d' Alpone that brings moderate+ acid and length to the finish.

Lemon and mushroom with crisp acidity. This is a great wine in its youth but reaches a new level with age. Do yourself a favor and try to sit on a bottle for a few years. Worth the wait!

A bit young, green apple and some cut grass followed by white flowers, some peachy aromas, minerals as well. Just enough acidity.
