Greenish tint in glass. Lime, citrus, yellow apple. Savory notes that lean vegetal / plant-like rather than herbal. Juicy mouthfeel with perfectly strident acid.

Unscrew and pour. On the nose: green tinged, a touch of dissolved CO2, lime, loads of mineral.notes. On the palate: excellent acidity, good density, lime, wet stone...not so complex, but excellent with ceviche.
