Robust sales days mean opening fine wines…though I also open fine wine on slow days.
Expensive, but really lovely fruit and balance.
Citrus, tangerine, pastry, and praline. ❤️

Medium lemon color with aromas of stone and citrus fruits with floral and yeasty notes, mostly Chardonnay. On the palate flavors of apple and pear with lemon citrus zest and floral notes. Fine bubbles, light mousse, medium finish ending with fruit, citrus and yeasty biscuit character. Pair this with shrimp cocktail.

Seamless. So easy you wonder if you’re missing something. Where’s the caviar?

NV. Not the biggest fan of the heavy-handed/brusque Bruno Paillard style. They are consistent. This effort appreciably dialed down and delicious. 04.25.25.
