Stewed fruit and red candy. Nice spicy notes. A dusty violet smell. Cherries. Also some cocoa, black licorice and woody tannins on the finish. Elegant overall, this shows an expressive, not overly modern approach. While I find myself wishing it was a touch less ripe and sweet, that is the style I suppose.

Aromatic raspberry and bramble. Elevated by bright fruit- medium light body. clean and pure in its expression. This was thoroughly enjoyed by several experts at the table. Yummmy!

Took a couple of hours to soften, rich cherry and earth on this one. Denser than the 2017.
