Actually quite great considering it’s a sub-$30 bottle, from Costco. I would definitely get s few more of these and keep for a few years. Dusty, leathery, plum/fig notes. Great on its own or with steak.

2018 vintage. Hollers for the $$. Bang for the buck. QPR. Spice components. Medium body. Lengthy finish. Won’t set your budget back as much as most. Excellent, entry-level CDP. 1.10.24.

Certainly more elegant than many CNDP. Nice complexity with black cherry, medicinal, anise, strawberry compote, vanilla and herbs. For what it lacked in concentration, it delivered on intrigue.

Fragrant nose of red cherry, strawberry, dried herbs, light roast coffee beans, touch of violet. Vibrant palate with fresh acidity. Finely grained tannins is a bit astringent.
Quite youthful at this stage. Need another 4-5 years to show more complexity and substance.

Plummy, jammy nose, with a nice meaty note. A good example of well made Chateaunuf. A gift from Aunnie, still at Interpol in Lyon.
