White pinot noir - such a rare find, and a delicious one. A bit more tannin than most whites, without any butter or oak. Good stuff.

Faint golden hue. Green apples, lemon, and faint herbal notes on the nose. Medium full body on the palate with tangy acidity. Grey wine made from whole cluster pressed Pinot Noir and fermented in neutral French Oak barrels with lees contact.
