Medium Dry Finger Lakes Riesling

We’ll balanced dry-style. Very food friendly and versatile.

Sorbate overtakes everything. A lot of SO2.

2016 vintage. Super fragrant and juicy. White peach, apricot, yellow apple, Smarties or Sweet Tarts candy, elderflower, orange or peach blossom, tangerine.

Polished, blind tasted as German. A beauty.

Tastes as it should. 89.

One of the best Riesling I’ve ever had

Crisp and light but gets a little bit flabby at the end. Tart apple and unripe guava. Ends on the top of your tongue with a little too much sugar.

Good wine with Easter dinner

Nose: distinctly floral. Mild orange peel. Green apple (but the smell of a green apple, not the taste.). Honey. Taste: Tastes about like it smells, gently floral with honey and mild citrus, some darker berry-like fruit (unusual for a white wine!), pomegranate (?), medium dry as described. Good stuff. 89.

Very clean, tidy and polite. Not too sweet but fruity.
