Grapefruit, peach, tart apple, lemon, honeydew melon and lemon candy. Racy acidity and great minerality.

Nice body and faintly waxy, melon and a bit of tropical fruit. Medium acid. Easy drinking, lacking in complexity.

375. After the fact recollective notes. Nose was herbal and beeswax-y. Almost showed a Marsanne like bluntness even though there’s no Marsanne in it.

Tasted blind. Green vegetal, spice, melon, butter ml mouth, called 2015 Spanish. The green was not pleasant but the rest was nice.

55% Roussanne, 26% Grenache Blanc & 19% Picpoul Blanc. Waxy fruit coming through on the nose - underripe pear, green apple skin, wet slate and mineral backbone. Along with lots of herbs - thyme, dill, white pepper. Palate begins viscous, waxy, round.. finishing with a pucker of lemon grass and acidity that would be so superb if it wasn't for the extremely heavy alcohol burn that quickly stunts and smothers it. Can't get over the 14.5 ABV.

2004 Bonny Doon Cigare Blanc - bravo Randall - holding up wonderfully. Best drunk in one night, rich opulent, roussanne oily-ness progressed nicely with 10 years bottle aging. 14.3%. Love!

Big honey tropical fruit note, beeswax, and white flowers. Textured and bright acid. So well done

2004. Really nice, surprisingly fresh. Full and round with a nutty floral aroma.
