Aug 9th, 2021Nose has white bread, lemon peel, cold yellow apple slice, raw peanuts with a faint sweet note.
Palate has buttered apple slice, lightly toasted bread, lemon zest and warm Asian pear. Finish is medium length, but lacking a bit of acidity, for my tastes.

Not much flavor,
but also, no off flavors. Tastes just as Champagne should: dry and bubbly. There’s not much more to it than the dry and bubbly flavor, but most Champagne priced at $40 has serious defects that are not present here. Disgorged December 2016. An excellent value choice.
