Cute snail on label. Almost a big as the vine! Dark maroon color of blood. Smells like fresh cut willow branches and cranberry sauce without much sugar. Flavors are robust and jammy. Leather and some citrus in there. Craisins as well. Cherry flavored craisins. This is pretty tasty stuff. A hint smooth and less funky than it could be, but muy bien hecho overall.

That fortified nose comes through rather boldly. Deep fruit from old vines, black cherry and prune, pencil shavings, (No2) peppered tannins lingering on.
Monday wine? Most def.

Great value, for for $6 at Costco. Quite sweet, like mixed berry, not very tannic, full bodied.

Almost perfect! Powerful, fruity but could be ever so slightly more fruity. However, it gets 9.9 because if I'm reading the handwriting correctly, it's €3!! Accompanied by salmon and soy sauce.
