Sep 17th, 2016100% Tempranillo, rich Ruby with black fruit and sweet spicy and floral aromas. Dried red fruits shows cherry and berries with some oak notes. The finish is well balanced with earthy mineral tones, soft tannins lingering to an elegant ending.

Mar 12th, 2016Some earthy, fungal notes not all will appreciate. On the positive side, it has pleasant mossy, woody notes. Sips have full texture/mouthfeel. The bouquet is only slight spicy. Overall it’s a delightful wine that hits all the right rioja and Tempranillo notes. It’s a good accompaniment that won’t overpower or compete with other dishes. I enjoyed it with beans and pork tenderloin and would have again with most any other dish.
