Top Notes For
Sipping Fine Wine

Deep Ruby color with aromas of ripe black fruits, pepper spice and oak. On the palate flavors of ripe blackberry and plum with cinnamon, cacao, cacao and smoky notes. Big chewy tannins, medium+ finish, lively acidity, nice mouthfeel, ending with vanilla and earthy mineral tones, a fine Sipping Wine!!

Had this many times over the years, I find it terribly inconsistent - this bottle may have been off, gave it a ton of time to open & never really strutted. Too tannic, ill-defined fruit profile, astringency on finish.

Tastes more expensive than the price. Dry and smooth. Soft. I would buy again. Costco. If there are additives definitely good and hiding that artificial taste. I am not familiar enough about Spanish wine but to me it tastes like French. Or à california cab French oak. Fruit is dark but not jammy. Subdued.

Great big Spanish red - bold, full bodied old world experience but with a nice fruit forward palette. Serious and strong - this Toro requires a good meal/pairing to Haley balance the strength. On the nose, this wine will make you fall in love - classic old world bliss.
