The more I discover the region the more I love the wines, this blend of Carignan and Grenache has a beautiful color, the nose is spicy and tempting with notes of canola, spices, mint, cedar, full body round, with sweet tannins pleasant acidity and a long smooth finish. Great pleasure and wine. My score 89, drink to 2026.

On the nose: strawberry, raspberry, star anise (so strong), faint mint, and faint orange. Very aromatic, maybe a tad bit overpowering actually.
Soft texture and well rounded. Medium tannins, but it's so velvety it's gone almost instantaneously.
Really interesting wine, would love to pair with food next time!
