Pale lemon; medium intensity aromas of lemon, lime, salinity; dry, high acid, medium alcohol, medium body, medium intensity flavors consistent with aromas; medium finish, only moderately complex, but balanced

Bright acid against rich, tropical fruit and lemon, with a floral burst, pungent nose, and a hint of that Canary Island salinity. ☀️

Such a lovely island wine. Ripe citrus, orange blossom, and loads of briny/mineral goodness. This is good!!

Oro pajizo, presencia de carbónico, en nariz cítricos y flores blancas. En boca buena entrada fresco y muy equilibrado, final salino muy rico...

Love a volcanic island wine. Bright, minerally, citrus and a touch of briny salinity. Way too easy to drink. More please.

Big, dry and unbalanced. Like a salty Albariño.

Bold minerality and high acidity but just the right balance, quite complex. Color is very pale yellow, almost a pale green, with Lemon and wet stone on the nose, a long, crisp lingering taste of lemon, honeydew, salty brine and long finish with notes of pepper and subtly funky cheese.

Lovely white. Quite complex. Stony, minerally, herbal, white pepper, bright and crisp. Some tropical hints too without being overdone. Impressive.

Very bright wine. Nice acidic finish. Had some on its own and then again with a veg pasta/olive oil and paired very nicely. Feels like a great option to have around in warmer months and begin a lighter meal with.
