This is much better. Lanzarote Malvasía in its driest and most exciting form. A real Atlantic wine; great acidity, freshness and tension, with pretty good concentration. A cross between Picpoul and Muscadet (had it been grown much further south).

Golden apple, white peach, peanut shells, gardenias, almonds, saline. Excellent acidity, silky texture over medium body. Long complex notes of cream, flowers, ash and minerals on the finish.
