Lively. Angel’s breath. Lively earth and dry bush on the nose, a moderate mouthfeel. The tannins were not assertive but supported the acidity. Was perfect for a roast chicken.

This is a very ripe and bold style. A lot of jammyfruit and some acids. Great nose of black and redfruit and some spicy licorice with little tannin. Ok wine, but one glass is enough for me. Nice made!

Had the 2013 in July of 2017. Big fruits with hints of oak following. Then a jammy sweetness at the end.

Outstanding. Balanced, very structured. Nice dark fruit, but kind of hard to resolve.
