Very pleasant with nice aromatics, took a while to open up. Nothing special but pleasant to drink. — 2 months ago
When I put this, it was thin, acidic, and kind of a stringent. It was a shock how well it aged. It doesn't have a lot going on, but that's probably because Cabernet Sauvignon is hard to grow in this part of Pennsylvania. On the other hand, it makes me want to go back to the winery and try some of the other wines. — 4 months ago
One of the best Chardonnays I've had from New Jersey. it was likely hooked but still had a very slight oak taste on the end but not enough to interfere with the actual taste of the grape. More steely than fruity which is the way I like it. — 2 months ago
Surprisingly light for a napa Cabernet. Extremely well balanced with a bit of a leathery grassy taste on the back of my mouth. Very pleasant. — 2 months ago
Almost better than very nice. It had a slight off taste but it's still tasted enough like the real Pinot noir deal. Looking forward to trying another vintage. — 4 months ago
Mostly Sarah with a little bit of viognier. Nice one to have with dinner but not especially complex, decent aromatics. — 2 months ago
Mistakes at least 30 to 40 minutes to open up fully and when it does it is absolutely lovely. It tastes a lot like a pinot, white and fruit forward. — 2 months ago
Again, good but not wonderful. It had some things going on but nothing that was so memorable that I recall at a month later. — 4 months ago
I'm not sure what to make of this. It should have aired longer because it got more interesting after about 45 minutes. It was all over the block as it opened up but nothing spectacular. I was expecting more. maybe if I let it go for another couple of years it would have been much better. — 4 months ago

Smooth but not as much going on to justify the price. — 20 days ago
