Pale gold; medium plus intensity aromas of salted nuts, bread dough, baking spices, saline; dry, high acid, high alcohol, medium plus body, pronounced intensity flavors including intense yellow fruits, yellow plum, ripe apricot, pineapple; very interesting, unfortified , and with tons of fruit in addition to the sherry flor notes

Great acid

Old vine palomino, aged in used manzanilla sherry casks. Robust and briny. Excellent with sardine tartines.

Crazy savory

Saline ocean breeze, with a touch of orange citrus. This wine is so interesting and delicious. Had a lot of Manzanilla Sherry elements, but had some orange wine notes that make it really user friendly. Damn good juice!

Medium bodied and deep golden yellow. Savory and sherry-like.

Was a dumbo and didn't realize I had bought Sherry?
Very light golden yellow. Smells of candied nuts but tastes of proscuitto a little bit (salty).

Thick as thieves.
